Purposes of data processing<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers\u2019 personal data are processed for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>performance of the sales contract \u2013 shipment of products, contact with the Customer, payment processing,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>handling complaints and returns,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conducting marketing activities (e.g. newsletter) \u2013 only with the Customer\u2019s consent,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensuring the security of the store and monitoring transactions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fulfillment of legal obligations (e.g. accounting, taxes).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Legal basis for processing<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We process personal data based on:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO \u2013 necessity of data for the performance of a contract,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO \u2013 the legal obligation of the controller (e.g. tax regulations),  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO \u2013 the Customer\u2019s consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes,  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO \u2013 the legitimate interests of the controller (e.g. system security, sales analysis).  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Data recipients<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data may be shared only with:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>courier companies for the purpose of fulfilling orders,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>online payment operators,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>entities processing data on behalf of the controller (e.g. IT companies supporting the store),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>public authorities, if required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Data retention period<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Data related to order fulfillment is stored for the period necessary to perform the contract and any claims arising from warranty or guarantee,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accounting data are stored in accordance with tax regulations (5 years),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing data (newsletter) is stored until the Customer withdraws consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Rights of data subjects<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each Customer has the right to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>access to their data and its rectification,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>erasure of data (\u201cright to be forgotten\u201d),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>restriction of data processing,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>data portability to another controller,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>object to the processing of data for marketing purposes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>withdrawal of consent to data processing at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
